Mühlbach am Hochkönig is located 845 m above sea level in the region of Salzburger Land, directly on the foot of Hochkönig mountain (2941m). It is one of the most beautiful areas in the Alps. Mühlbach is a historic mountain village with around 1500 inhabitants. Although the mining industry was closed in 1977, a visit to the mining museum as well as the show mine in the village is worth seeing.


You and your beloved ones can find a fabulous panorama, relaxing nature and numerous possibilities for a varied program of activities all year long, summer and winter. Also, Salzburg City with all ist sights is only 40 minutes away by car.
